There are so many Whitney Houston songs besides I will always love you and I know that The Bodyguard soundtrack 25th anniversary just passed but that is Whitney Houston signature song nobody can sing that song like Whitney Houston so people should really stop attempting that song in public because it will never sound right

And then they have Miss extra Miss run for your life Miss I’m going to put a thousand million vocal acrobatics in one notes Miss whoa whoa whoa oh oh oh Christina Aguilera sing such a delicate song like who set that up?

The Clark Sisters really Unleashed Some Devil magic into the atmosphere when they popularized melisima. Karen Clark Sheard took it five hundred steps further and then Mariah Carey took it a thousand steps further and then Whitney Houston took it 5000 steps further. it’s like when you do melisima you have to be conservative in doing so like it’s a flourish it’s something dramatic it’s something to show your vocal acrobatics but you can’t do it on every note or else it begins to sound like a broken fire truck fucking terrible. It’s even more horrible if you can’t keep time, but especially if you can’t keep tone. that’s the problem with the Christina Aguilera performance she didn’t keep time she didn’t keep tone and she added too many fucking runs when in doubt cut the fucking run OUT.
